its a wonderful and good experience during our stay in last week of August in this hotel. I like the way I was welcomed with my family at the reception (Nuria) Tall bland with curly hair. she was excellent very helpful she treated us as VIP guest. Room very clean. nice breakfast. good location away from noisy road. I will recommend Segovia Sierra de Guadarrama to friends and family.

We have been spending New Year's Eve, 2 couples. We had a great time. The hotel was phenomenal, the service was all great, everyone has been great, very friendly and attentive. The dinner was very good, a small drawback is that the food could be hotter, but it was very delicious. The entertainers during dinner and at the dance were also phenomenal. The breakfast was also very good and varied. It is the second time we go and without a doubt, we will repeat.

Is my second time I'm using Segovia Sierra hotel de Guadarrama. I like the warm welcome from the staff's reception very nice and very helpfull not only at my check-in but every time I need to ask for something. The room was as expected clean and fresh, bathroom spotless, Bed very comfortable,Breakfast was excellent with different choices. The area very calm not far from beautiful villages and of course the famous Segovia city. I will definitely recommend for others .

A hotel with super professional and friendly employees...impressive attention at reception, in the cafeteria and in the restaurant, a real pleasure to find people like that. congratulations....we also hired a massage and a 10, just as friendly and professional....they made us have a wonderful day

I went to spend Three Kings Day with my family and I have to say that the treatment from the staff was spectacular, they treated us extremely well. Dinner, breakfast and Reyes lunch were very good. The cleanliness of the room was excellent. Recommended and we will return for sure!!!

We had New Year's Eve dinner and accommodation, the dinner was good but the entertainment team was great, just for them it is worth going. The hotel staff was also 10, super loving and helpful. Good experience. Congratulations
